Problems with Amiga KIT ADF Adapter!
Hello,
I was always using a Compact Flash on my Amiga 12000 with PCMCIA CF Adapter and all went fine. But today I was trying to receover other files stored on onther CF of mine I was using in the past. Strange thing is my Amiga do not recognize them. Then I try to format them with Windows XP into FAT and FAT32 but no luck! Then I tried to use the command diskmgmt.msc into the Exec Menu of Windws XP trying FAT and FAT 32 but I cannot let the CF recognized! So what is needed for these CF. What is *THE RULE* ? a Format FAT ( that sould be 16 ) or FAT32 ? How can I do the format if WIN XP failed? Many Thanks |

Maybe it is not a FIXED CF card but a REMOVABLE type and hence will not work.

Lexars (except some Storm model ones) are not compatible with compactflash.device. But they can certainly work with an Amiga, trust me.
