Slackskin & Flint
Just stopping by as I'm cleaning out my game room and found this. According to HOL and other sources it's released in 1992, yet this one has 1991 on the label. Can anyone shed some light on this?
This was the first Amiga game I decided to look up on HOL, so maybe more oddities will show up, as I'm getting further into the piles of junk I've collected over the years |

Hi bunnybum and welcome to EAB!
Nice first post If you check the reviews at : http://hol.abime.net/1971/review, you see that the game wasn't reviewed until late 1992. I will ask the Cody if there is any more proof for the release year. May I ask you if you could scan the disk (or take a photo right from the top against a black or white background of the disk) so we could add it to HOL? |

Thanks for the welcome I know I'm a bit late to the game after lurking around for more than a year without posting but, you know, if you don't have much to say, stay quiet
I'll scan the disk right away. Any preferences regarding the resolution? And yeah, I love the Dell keyboards. Nice and clicky Edit: Scan attached. Last edited by bunnybum; 20 May 2011 at 15:07. Reason: Scan's done |

That's perfect Thanks a lot for the scan
Will get it online in a bit and then you'll see your name on the HOL contributors list Keep it up! |

Awesome. I just checked a couple other disks as well. Some of them had different labels than the scans on HOL - do you want those as well? Also, I scanned the missing Amiga Action #36 coverdisk. Let me know whether it's easier for you if I just attach the lot here or put them up somewhere.

Sure, differently labelled disks are always welcome Please have a look here for our FTP details : http://hol.abime.net/hol_faq.php?section=contributions
Just create a folder with your username and put the scans there. You can also upload the Amiga Action scan there and I'll move it over for the AMR guys to pick it up. |

Thanks a lot Forgot to mention that we only use the first disk of a set if only the number changes, but there are still enough interesting ones in the lot
