Most addictive games
Saw a thread like this at Lemon Amiga and found it quite interesting, so I thought I'd do one like this here...
What game (or games) do you find yourself most addicted to on the Amiga? Note that this isn't quite the same as favourite game - this is more of a 'games you load up for a quick go every now and again but you're there playing it for hours' type of thing. For example, even though it's not my favourite game, I'd go for Gem'X - it's a game I load up occasionally, but when I do I find it very difficult to stop. And then I don't play it again for ages, then I decide to load it up to kill a bit of time, and four days later I'm still at the Amiga playing it... |

There was one evening, more than a decade ago now I think, where I loaded it up for a quick go before I went to bed (I had school the next day), and played it for hours until I finally died at level 203. I was absolutely knackered in the morning, I can tell you. |

Total Chaos AGA
The most addictive game of all time. I play it almost every day for at least 10 years. One time I managed to stop playing for 2 consecutive weeks while I was vacationing in Alaska. I found a review of the game here There is no game for PC as good as Total Chaos. My PC friends all love Bill Gates and Windoze XP and have 3.0 Ghz machines and they never had an Amiga but they all come to my house every week for an exciting strategical game of Total Chaos on my faithful A1200. Only Amiga makes it possible. Last edited by StrategyGamer; 04 June 2007 at 20:04. |

Here's another one... Super Foul Egg! The game Amiga Power gave away on one of their disks, basically a rip-off of that Mega Drive game (forgotten what's it's called momentarily). If you start a two-player game of that I think you'll be at the computer for quite some time, brilliant.
