A500 keyboard, column of keys not working

Hi,
I have a column of keys not working in an A500 keyboard.
the keys are F4, 5, T, G, B.

The membrane is brand new, it was working fine until today, I bought it about a year ago, also I've tested with a multimeter and the tracks seems fine.

If the problem is in the keyboard pcb's, what things can i try?
I also suspect it can be the connector to the membrane.

Any help will be very much appreciated!
TIA

I would first try to carefully detach the membrane from the PCB, clean the connector, and attach it correctly again (put it in the connector as far as possible)

Sometimes the membrane slips a bit out of the connector, which then can result in a small 'step' between PCB and membrane levels. If it stays a long time in this state, then the membrane can break exactly where it goes over this 'step'. It then cuts off some of the lines, and you will get the described problem that one or more rows of keys will not work any longer.
