Welcome to 13th episode of AMIcast. Today my guest is one of the best developer for Amiga system. If you know the names like Wings Battelfield, Tower 57 or Wings Remastered you know what I mean. Of course there is more like OpenGLES 2.0 for Warp3D Nova.

The interview took place on ACM in Wolfsburg 2016. This means it has a lot of background noise, but you can learn about Daytona and his plans, games and more.

At the end of episode is great song from Moby, from his album: Amiga Days (Remasters) - Volume 3 - Magic Stick.

Episode 15 is all about NetSurf with Chris Young. It is possible that NetSurf in future could be only one modern web browser for AmigaOS 4.x (and 3.x).
Chris Young is the author of port for AmigaOS 4.1 and as well ReAction-based version for AmigaOS 3.x. It was great to talk with him, about a browser, next versions, and possibilities for future. We know that Amiga NG needs a good modern web browser.

The 16th episode of AMIcast is about new Amiga NG shop, located in the USA. It's called Amiga On The Lake.
Aaron Smith is a very positive person. He believes in his project, he wants to promote Amiga, especially NG outside our community. He knows that Amiga need new blood and he is a big fan of AmigaOS 4 and AmigaOne line!

The shop should be opened on 1st October 2016!

At the end, the great song by Moby, from the album: Amiga Days (Remasters) - Volume 3 - Coco.

AMIcast - Episode #17 with the amazing guests: Bill and Anthony from The Guru Meditation! They are making a great YouTube channel about Amiga. There is, even more, they are making live streams with chat during the show.

Just after their long 5 hours stream we made about 2 hours of interview for AMIcast! Guys are great, very positive, big Amiga fans with a lot of knowledge. We were talking about Amiga in the USA and Europe, now and before, about YouTube, about using Amiga today, about great Amiga party in Poland - AmiPart visited by Bill at this year. There are event topics about the retro scene in the USA, Nintendo, consoles, remakes of games, movies and so on. Enjoy!

Hello and welcome! This is a Special Episode #4 of AMIcast. My guest is very famous amiga guy in Poland - Adam Zalepa. We are talking about his upcoming books and software for our platform.
The main topic is AmiWest 2016. At the show, AmigaOne X5000 was announced as ready to buy. But, why we can't buy X5000? More news: the prices for Tabor and ALICE revealed.

Hello and welcome! Now is time for next great episode od AMIcast. Numer 18 with guys behind Amibian project. This means: Raspberry Pi goes Amiga.

My guests are: Gunnar Kristjánsson and Thomas Navarro Garcia. We are talking about Amiga on Raspberry Pi. My guest explained why Raspberry Pi could be a future of Amiga instead of very expensive AmigaOS. Topics are also how to find new blood for Amiga if really Raspberry Pi can be only one computer at home, why is PowerPC not so good option for Amiga, can you can you develop only on Raspberry Pi, is it possible to use Linux software on Amibian? Raspberry Pi can handle AmigaOS 3.9 with hires graphics.
Beside of this guys have a very good sense of humor.

Hello and welcome! This is #19 episode of AMIcast with Hans de Ruiter. He is an engineer with a Ph.D. On the Amiga scene, he is preparing for us software support for Radeon cards. Thanks to him we have an opportunity to use modern hardware in Amiga NG. There is more because thanks to Daytona we have OpenGLES wrapper and this is big chance for the community to have some modern games on hands.

Today's show is all about future of AmigaOS. My guest is Trevor Dickinson! This is hot stuff direct from great Amiga Party in Ireland.

The episode has two parts: first is the interview with Trevor, second is recorded audio from Trevor's speech at Amiga Ireland MeetUp 2017. Audio quality is not so perfect, but it's worth to listen. From this episode, you will learn about near future of AmigaOne and AmigaOS. There are tough questions and we are talking about: AmigaOne X5000 and upcoming Tabor (already running AmigaOS and software). Of course, there is a topic like web browsers (Odyssey and Timberwolf), office stuff (LibreOffice), Hollywood book, AMIStore and Alice (laptop) project. In second part Trevor talks about his Amiga story and answering questions from the audience, about: new developers, new hardware, software (for AmigaNG and Classic) and a situation with Amiga Inc (and Commodore).

Interview with Trevor was great. And here is new episode with David Pleasance.

It took some time to have new episode of AMIcast. It was worth to wait! David Pleasance is my guest. We met at the Amiga Ireland MeetUp. This episode has one more surprise. Now AMIcast has two hosts. Please, welcome Lukasz. Polish guy living in the UK.

But back to David. He is talking about his book - Commodore: The Inside Story, The Untold Tale of a Computer Giant with never before revealed true stories of how a huge corporation was mismanaged from Hero to Zero. You can support a project on Kickstarter!
Beside of this, we are chatting about FriendUp. After the interview (which was not fully finished) I and Lukasz are talking about impression from the Amiga Ireland MeetUp.

Have you ever thought about new Amiga user? Are they existing? Fresh and new in Amiga(NG) community? Yes, there is at least one! My guest is Eric 'Slygon' (from amiga.org) and his first Amiga computer is AmigaOne X5000!

http://www.amigapodcast.com/2017/04/...miga-user.html

And there is one more thing...! After months with AmigaOne X5000, first review of this machine.

This is about as sweet a podcast as there can be. @radzik your passion really comes through in these! One tip though, maybe take the volume of the background music down a bit more; sometimes it makes it hard to hear some of the lesser-quality voice captures clearly.

Thanks for the feedback. Next time I will reduce background music. Meanwhile a new episode:

Today our guest is Jarlath Reidy. He is from Ireland and you should already know, he is one of the guys behind Amiga Ireland Meetup. It's a great party, let's talk about it and more.
Our topics are not only connected with Amiga Ireland Meetup. Together with Lucas, we ask Jarlath about Amiga history, what he thinks about NG. We have even a big discussion about Odyssey and Vampire exclusive software. And last but least: Amiga Ireland Podcast - a great show for every Amiga user!
