Ok - got it working by going into properties/compatibility mode and ticking run at 640x480. Stays at this resolultion when exiting but allows switiching to fullscreen so now I can enjoy the games more.

maybe this will help someone else who gets the same issue...

This would never happen on an Amiga!

Maybe add New Zealand Story, I think it was a good conversion. Quite a few of the arcade ports were really good.

Close... but no cigar. Well, while some games are indeed arcade perfect iterations, such as Space Harrier or Gemini Wing, some aren't
and that's a pity e.q. Alien Syndrome. While the X68k version is better than all of the average ports we know of, it still cannot reach
the level of details of the coin op original. Check it here to find out about a sample of the games which try and sometimes succeed
to reach that status. btw, I am sure it could be interesting if we were to see these packs work on other platforms (android, xbox...).

I honestly don't know. the only thing I know is that it was the system that did the best arcade to computer conversions at that time.

It would be interesting but unfortunately my knowledge only allows me these portable games for windows.
