I don't think it's AMOS and/or PD. There is a copyright note on the title screen and I can't find a hint at AMOS on the disks. I wonder why this game is missing in HOL

It's action game. Main hero is that tiny black & white blob, well animated. You can shoot with your gun, but no enemies on first screen.
