ACATUNE v1.9 slow PCMCIA?
I updated ACATUNE to version 1.9 and noticed there's a "slow PCMCIA" option, and I don't know how to turn it off. Am wondering if it is affecting my SD card reader.
I launch acatune with the "-slowpcmcia off" parameter yet when I do "acatune -status" it says it's slow instead of "normal". How am I supposed to use this feature, and should I bother at all? |

I think it only works with certain ACA cards, and only with PCMCIA SRAM cards.

Are you combining options on ACAtune? I've had issues with it ignoring several options if I specify them simultaneously so I had to run acatune multiple times after another with each setting before they would kick in.
If you want to make sure whether it impacts the actual speed if your SD card, you could test the speed with SysInfo. |

Yes, I am combining options.
Should I invoke it again with the PCMCIA-only options only? |

That's how I do it. One option per line. Some can be combined but not all options for some reason.
