RTC suggestions

A couple of suggestions related to RTC (real-time clock) chip emulation:
  • Add an "unset" option so the emulated machine boots with the clock unset.
  • Making the clock offset easier to set would be good. For example, when testing software which has Y2K issues, being able to easily set the RTC year back but leave date/time "correct", could be useful.
  • If the RTC date is changed to something significantly different from the actual time/date, you could update the RTC offset number in the config file when the user quits.
  • There doesn't seem to be a way to set RTC clock offset for the Tecmar T-Card. And the T-Card software has Y2K issues...

There was no GUI space. Perhaps making RTC expansion device and using expansion device custom options would work now..
