A2000 auto boot question
I have an A2000 Rev4.4 with A2090 Rev4 SCSI controller. Currently it has a KS1.2 but I'd like to put KS3.1 chip in it. So my question is... If I get KS3.1 chip will I still need an auto boot card to boot from the hard drive with this SCSI controller?

If the A2090 is indeed an A2090 and not an A2090A, you will need the autoboot card.

Not really, unless you want to get a GG2+ card to activate the ISA slots and write drivers yourself.
I suggest you find an A2091 card, much better than the 2090 and quite cheap. |
