Any Amiga Midi Musicians?
Hello Amigans,
I'm working on a video which needs some input from someone who uses the Amiga to create music with Midi based software, such as Bars & Pipes or Music-X. Is there anyone out there who might be interested in helping out? Cheers! |

What kind of input do you need? I don't really use those because of inconvenience, but I have tried.

Happy to help where I can. I was the sole UK employee of Blue Ribbon Soundworks who made Bars & Pipes and SuperJAM!

I used to use Music-X and Dynamic Drums on a few demos back in the day. I tried to use both of them recently and they are just too frustrating after years of using modern DAWS.

You'll need a piece of software on the Mac to receive the input and play it to the system. |

Yes you can use Timidity, you need to download a virtual MIDI cable like virtualMIDI:
https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/softw...rtualmidi.html That will open in and out ports inside the computer you can route shit through. You can point it to whatever you want. There will be latency though. A bunch. |
