Amiga joystick options
I'm looking for a joystick for my A2000 to do some gaming. I know some people are using sega genesis gamepads, but I was wondering if they had to be the 3 button version? I've seen lots of new 6 button versions on ebay for cheap. Obviously there are going to be lots of buttons that dont do anything, but should the 6 button version still work?
I've also seen some Sega genesis joysticks that look like they would work well. These are the big heavy things that sit on your lap. Anyone have any experience using one of these on an Amiga? Any other suggestion? I'm looking for something that I can purchase new (or at least refurbished) in the US. Thanks! |
