BUG: bsdsocket - SetSockOpt() issue.

Noticed that i get SetSockOpt() errors, specifically noticable with UHC-Tools which yields a SetSockOpt() Invalid Argument (22) error when running under linux, not sure if it applies to all variants but i get this behaviour on Arch Linux and All Ubuntu variants i use which are Xubuntu/Kubuntu/Ubuntu, the issue also appears on the Valve Steam Deck which uses Arch linux/KDE.

I was given a nifty test program by the UHC-Tools dev Patrik to try and narrow down my issue and see if it was a bsdsocket/emulation issue or if it was an issue with UHC-Tools, instructions for it were pretty simple....thankfully.

If there are no issues, output should look like:
Code:
> setsockoptTest
Setting receive timeout with: setsockopt(0, 65535, 4102, 073BBA14, 8)
Success!
when i run the program i get the following output.

here is the error on OS3.2.x and OS31

Currently using FS-UAE 3.1.66 and Launcher 3.1.68 on all the above mentioned linux systems.
