Something like that but without debug option some autoconfig information is missing.

Thought so.
My hope was the id's are enough to trick the software. |

It is nearly guaranteed to do something with the hardware, at least it tries to initialize it.
Anyway, because this is boring stuff, I require full autoconfig data first. Nothing will happen without it. Sorry. |

i for myself were not aware of the DEBUG option of showconfig.
you should make a new sticky posting in the WinUAE section with title: "hardware needed - SHOWCONFIG DEBUG" or add this on top of your existing "hardware needed" posting. but I wonder why those hardware hordes rarely or at all, try to help anyway ... |

Actually showconfig debug still misses part of autoconfig data, serial number is not listed. I thought it did..
Better use this: http://www.winuae.net/files/b/expdump.zip |

this tool has a "-rom" option, it does show ROM: "mem location"." if it can find one, or any exists onboard?!
is it possible to make it dump roms if available ? put it on top of your wanted hardware posting - together with "showconfig debug". |

Quote:
It is not possible to have generic automatic rom dumping tool. Fortunately it can be usually guessed fairly easily but physical dump is always more optimal choice because rom chip to address space mapping may not be 1:1. (and preserving proper rom image makes more sense that rom image that may be only usable in emulation) |

all right, was just a random shot
btw. adding a "wanted hardware information" together with the tools in question, on winuae.net may also help to get more attention to the issue. on top of the download frame - since expdump is not even listed there as of yet. |
