FS-UAE and Control Selection

Hi, Ive configured FS-UAE with some custom configuration in the advance section as Im using an iPac with two keyboard driven joysticks (regular mame key controls). This works fine. However, I cant seem to keep the launcher on the selections for Port 0: Joystick (Keyboard) and Port 1: Joystick (none) - everytime I change game they change to something else! Its really annoying - anyone got any ideas?

So, im not sure I explained this very well - but within the launcher each game has the same Joystick / Mouse port selection and configuration - Defaults I guess - I want to change them either for each game or globally for every game but I cant see where to save my preferences for these changes in the launcher interface. Hope that explains it better - sorry its a newb question - but Im struggling with it and its such a great emulator. Cheers

Ok, so I discovered that setting my preferences in the config.fs-uae file does indeed work, just doesn't reflect in the Launcher Software. Which is fine, if a little confusing.
