Unreleased Amiga demo in Zone
Done a long time ago by me, for whatever reason, it never got released, so I've given it a quick finish off and now its in the Zone.
Just thought it should get an airing! Should just mention, unarchive, and then Innocence file is the starter |

Some very nice girl pictures there, I especially liked ... I think the third one in.
The wipes between pictures put me off though, on the like 10th picture it took something like 3 minutes to slide in the vertical pieces. I'm afraid I pressed Alt+F4 then I'm running a basic A1200 config which works well with AGA games, am I doing something wrong or was there a reason for those slow wipes? And is there some way of showing interlaced correctly in WinUAE? |

The demo wasn't 100% finished so not all effects were 100% finished. I only ever ran it on A1200 with fast ram so I suppose it would be a little slower on chip mem only.
WinUAE didn't like the very wipe you mention |

Hello Everybody,
I use the preconfigured emulator Winuae Amiga in a Box and I don't succeed to start the demo Innocence : I click on the executable file Innocence, I choose one of the version, but the demo doesn't start. Which configuration should I use to start the demo ? |

AGA Configuration is what is needed, Kickstart 3.1, 2meg chip ram, a bit of slow mem probably wouldn't hurt either.

PS: Galahad: Have you unpacked your stuff from the nth house move so you can send back all those floppy disks to their owners soon? |

1. The readme implies Galahad did not make the slideshow, I don't understand why anyone would write a different name on it unless they were completely embarrassed by their work. Quoting Galahad at the bottom, or is that trying to be tricky and make out it wasn't him? 2. This bit in the readme: "since I've deleted all sources (Length of Main-Source without any includes: 159.277 Bytes) a few seconds ago, because Zoltrix told me a few days ago, that the slideshow project has been cancelled and I'm kinda angry about that." Somebody says a project is cancelled so you go and delete all sources? How f*cking stupid can you get? That's like having a full unreleased game on your computer (and the only copy in existance) and deciding to just delete it! Rocks in the head material... Overall a very strange release... The pics were very good at least! |

I have the source code to Innocence in its entirety on my hard drive, it was coded 100% by me and no-one else. I didn't release the source code to Innocence to anyone else either.
I don't need to lie about it, in fact, Codetapper can act as an intermediary and inspect some of the code if he so wishes. I coded it, any other versions I have no clue about. |

How different is the Galahad version to the Style one? Very odd that the Style version mentions problems with a particular effect and it sounds like it's an identical problem to an effect in Galahad's! How can that be? Are the pictures identical in both versions?

I didn't release the source code to anyone. Someone else in Faction did their attempts just to prove if they could do anything, but all they came up with was a couple of fades because they didn't know how to support AGA pictures without some sort of IFF viewer!!!
Quite simple really. Compare the code in mine to theirs, I don't think for one second it will be remotely similar. I have a very individual coding style. |

I just released it because I had promised Wade to finish the slide for him. Well, later I worked on some other things together with him, too bad he seems to have lost interest in demoscene forever now. :/ Anyway, I hope everything is clear now, if not feel free to ask me. |
