Well, it was back in 1985 and all we had was the Acorn BBC model B:
http://www.heimcomputer.de/english/comp/acornb.html There was a network of about 16 of these machines and the best features were Logo and Elite. That's what my school had right up until 1989 when I left. Back then they were planning to upgrade to PCs but I don't know what machines they eventually got. |

I voted yes, but then I'm talking about the US Army Infantry School!
We had an m16 target simulator that was basically an A2000 with some custom software. (Amiga helps me kill bad guys dead!) We also had M.a.c.s. which was a much more primative system for use with the SNES. |

At my school they had 286 PCs with b/w monitors, and later upgraded to some amazing Pentium machines with 16MB RAM and WindowsNT. No Amigas to be seen though D:

We had Apples here, then they switched to PC's in early 90's but since we were not allowed to do stuff other than typing, well, no big deal I guess.

Only computer I came in touch with in school was the COMPIS, think it was a PC clone.
We're talking early 90's when I went in 7th, 8th and 9th grade in school. We had two games on them...Prince Of Persia and Worm! (not worms) |
