HELP: 3.5" FDDs to be adapted to Amiga

Hi all,
I'm trying to adapt some 3.5" FDDs to my Amiga 500, these are the models on the list and the result of my testing:

NEC FD1231H : not working (heads do some steps and then stops)
MITSUMI D359M3 : not working (heads do some steps and then stops)
ALPS DF354H911C : working on certain disks (maybe obtained READY signal is not good)

These are the pictures of each modded PCB:

For each FDD I follow some guides found on the NET but I feel that I came across differents PCB revisions.Obvioulsy FDDs are tested and working in a pc.

I have also a TEAC FD-235HG (not FD-235HF) but I can't find any info on how adapt it to Amiga or obtaining the READY signal at least.This is the PCB:

Did someone succeed in modify these FDDs (with same exact revision PCB revision, obviously)?

caius i think you would be more ablle and not with so many work with an interface for this drives i think there is another post of a member that made an adapter that works both on workbench and games
