A600 rev. 1.5 vs 2D power consumption

Does anyone know if rev. 2D is supposed to use more power than a rev. 1.5 motherboard?

I'm still testing my ACA620, and now that I have two working A600's I am now testing it in the newly fixed one which has a rev. 1.5 motherboard. It seems to be more stable than in the 2D, however it's still not 100%. I still haven't ruled out software issues though.

One thing I noticed is that the 2D uses about 1.5W more power on the 230V side of the PSU than the rev. 1.5 (using the same PSU). Maybe this is why the rev. 1.5 is more stable as the temperatures are lower?

What this means is that the rev. 1.5 with the ACA620 installed uses about the same power as the 2D without any accelerator, which I think is quite a significant difference.
