Motorola 060 cpu question
Hi,
I have my eye on an apollo 1260 accelerator but it has a XC68060RC50 9833 (S23328 002) CPU as oppsed to a MC. What are the disadvantages over a MC68060 and will I be able to overclock it slightly to say 60 66 75 or 80 MHz? Many Thanks. Last edited by jimmer78; 08 February 2013 at 20:15. |

what mask set is it?
normally it might do 60-66 if its a revision 1 and no more a revision 6 will do anywhere from 50(stock) and overclocked to 90-106mhz |

the amiga normally tells you while its booting.as its an apollo and your using the cpu60 command.
or its in the top right hand corner of the cpu. i'll have a look and see what software can recognise a mask set.and report back |
