Rocket Ranger CD32? Impossible?

Has anybody managed to make Rocket Ranger work on a CD32? I´ve tried it very, very often but always failed. The best result so far was getting the blue 1.3 DOS screen, some loading ... but then the game hangs in a black Screen. I´ve tried several WHDLoad installs...no success....

I´ve given it a 1st try: It seems to run fine. Great work. I´ll test it "deeper" next weekend. Thank you very much so far!

Results after 3 hours of testing: Everything is fine. Great gameplay with CD32 pad (except of the code-wheel of course). Thank you very much!

...no, I did it the classic way: a paper table. The way from the couch to the CD32 ist much too long

Did you experience lots of OS Flashing through the intro?

I found the game to be unplayable because of that, I was using WHDLoad of course.

If you still have the iso I wouldn't mind a shot.

Never mind, I worked it out - interesting that this might be the one non-HD installable game that works from ADF files mounted with diskimage.device! (I must have tried about 5 others without any success).

CD32load could be up to the task, with possibly minimal disk loading. But would require kick1.3. Someone interested?

@TCD @Nobby_UK

Yes, that was the ISO I was looking for. In the end, I extracted it's contents and used XFS to load the ADFs and run the game on an unexpanded A500 from HDD
The image uses Diskimage.device, which seems to be a 68020 thing only... So I use XFS instead and the game runs great on plain Amiga500.

Instructions for loading Rocket Ranger with XFS:

-copy xfsd to L:
-copy devio to C
-copy file.device and fd.device to devs:
-copy mountlist.xfs to devs:
-use this script for mounting the disks and launching the game:

Code:
setenv env:file.device,0 DISK1.ADF
mount file0: from devs:mountlist.xfs >nil:
devio --reset file.device,0 >nil:

setenv env:file.device,1 DISK2.ADF
mount file1: from devs:mountlist.xfs >nil:
devio --reset file.device,1 >nil:

file0:
RUN >NIL: RR

Thanks guys!!

@jotd I don't play Amiga OCS games on CD32, but I am sure some CD32 users would find that useful!
