Problems with reA3000

I soldered a new reA3000 Board from chucky (TH Version).
Problem is, with Kickstart ROMs I only get a BlackScreen.

With DiagROM the reA3000 starts but is extremly slow.

Chucky tested all ICs from my Board. All ICs are working.

Following was noticed from Chucky:

"during startup.. diagrom does pauses when detecting loopback < and > signals. and that I have mnoticed that reading the paula at that times gives NADA and reason why it is slow is as it simply times out "
"my routine when reading data from paula (serial in) gives nothing "
"so my routine timeout (i have a timeout routine inb it)"
"and also other chipset data does not read"
"so not only paula"

So all ICs are working this means, it must be a problem with a trace or bad solder or passives or something else ?

A 3640/60 Card does the same problem. So it's not the CPU.

DiagROM Fails on CIA Tests too. Think because of the TimeOut.

Does anyone have a hint or clue for me, how I should go on with measuring or some other ideas ?
