For AfA-OS but also for Amikit systems that use AfA-OS, Dual-PNG icons etc... you must have at least one Amiga with CPU 060, better if you have a Vampire type card (if compatible). Of course on real systems AfA-OS will be a bit slow, on WinUAE and FS-UAE no speed problem AfA-OS is very fast.

In a few hours will be available my AfA-OS Distro, easy to install and "complete" with any free software and new drawer icons, for the installation you only need to copy AfA-OS on a base of OS 3.9 BB4.

Yes AfA-OS works great on OS3.1.4, this is my OS 3.1.4 AfA-OS, i recreated the icons in PNG version (personal use) inspired by the original icons
