Post Energize games - same publisher, two different boxes?

As someone is currently offering a fairly rare (?) Energize game on ebay (Tee Off! boxed) I just wanted to check the Energize stuff on HOL.

Well.

Something is interesting here:
http://hol.abime.net/821/boxscan

Both Energize releases, but two completely different boxes!
Can anyone shed some light on this?

Maybe the design was changed when Energize moved location? (cf. this)
Maybe one is Energize retail and one is budget?

I think the information page answer your question

Publisher: Energize (Impressions) - Worldwide

Budget publisher: EDOS - Worldwide

The second cover picture say EDOS (so it must be the budget release)

Oh thanks!
I'm really blind sometimes...but in this case in dubio pro reo:
I was a bit confused by the completely different Energize logos.
Moreover there is no sign of "EDOS" on the back cover...
