Recording Software..?
Hello all.
I'm having fun 'n games trying to record some emulator action, probably because all my PC's are really old. The spare pennies seem to go on retro hardware rather then new stuff these days. I've been a-trying CamStudio which doesn't seem so bad but something more idiot-proof that will produce 1/2 decent output on non-up-to-date hardware would be nice. Suggestions..? Thanks. |

I use virtualdub for most recording needs. It can be hard to setup, but it can record pretty much anything you can get into a window. Fraps will cover most everything else. Sometimes nothing else works, and I have to run an s-video cable from my graphics card into my TV capture card.
