Do you mean stick 1 = mouse in mouse port and stick 2 = joystick in same mouse port?

It should be possible using Input panel. Not sure if Game Ports panel custom slots are flexible enough.

I don't support external programs

I just tested: Game Ports panel supports it easily.

Set Mouse port to Custom #1. Remap/Test. Remap. Stick #1 left, right, up, down, buttons. Mouse is configured.

Open "Add Event" menu and find "Joy1 Horizontal", click "Add Event", move stick #2 left or right. Then do the same with "Joy1 Vertical". Joystick is configured.

Done.

With your aid, I was able to get a stick working as the mouse. But alas, now I need to know what setting controls the movement speed of said mouse, as the window between 0 & 10 is functionally nonexistent.

It should be Input panel Analog joy-mouse speed option.
