Request scans of Amiga Format Subscribers disks 90, 91, 93, 99, 126
As the title suggests
I have almost all 300dpi scans of the subscriber disks (help from members of EAB and Amibay, you know who you are), I also have all adf's of these disks too, but I just can't find anyone who has the above disks for scanning anywhere. This collection is almost complete, like our ST/Amiga Format Coverdisk adf's and 300dpi Diskscans, that have just recently gone live on Commodore is Awesome, just click on Disk Scan and you'll see the results. We would obviously like to do the same with these disks too, but until we have them as a complete collection, they're not going to go live. So I need some help, surely someone out there has some of these, or if anyone knows of a friend, or a neighbour, that may have any of the above, ask them and get them preserved forever. EDIT: Forgot to mention: jpg's are a lossy format, and due to this scans are generally messy in quality especially near to writing, so can you please scan them and save them out, where possible, as either .tiff, .png or .bmp, preference being .tiff straight from the scanner please, with no image restoration. I didn't see the updated post but here are scans of the floppies:
http://ajk.pp.fi/scans/ JPEG has lots of settings, you don't need to crush the details if you don't want to. These are with no colour subsampling and at 92% quality. They are also 600dpi as the print pattern was giving me some moiré at 300 - down-size by half for 300dpi versions. If it's necessary I can scan them again as .tiffs but I really don't see any issues with high quality JPEGs |

It's ok ajk, what you have supplied is 100% perfect for my needs. You have made me a very happy person indeed
I find that some people forget to save these scans out at max quality, therefore as a backup we request them to be saved out in a different format. I had someone from Amibay supply me with disks 126a & 126b, but they obviously saved them out on a much lower jpg setting, so I therefore added an edit to that post over there and just quickly copied and pasted it here. |

Okay, excellent
I've got most coverdisks for Amiga Format and CU Amiga from around 1993 onwards, so if there is anything still missing or needs a better scan, I'll be happy to help. |
