Found: Og! or Trog! AGA version
It now seems the AGA version of Og! by Dave Parson's has been found and is available for download from his website:

Tried to play the ECS version on my 500+ (2 Meg Chip)
But all I get is a Not Enough Memory Message

That's because one of the hunks is set to FAST, i.e. it explicitly requires fast memory. I have fixed this and uploaded my version to the Zone which should work with Chip only. I didn't test it though so shout if it still doesn't work on your 2MB chip Amiga.
