Exclamation Putty website online from today!

Hi guys. Me and Predseda, finally "finished" a new website dedicated to the famous Amiga game Putty (aka Silly Putty). So, visit us and if you like it, please, leave the feedback in our guestbook.

Welcome to Puttymoon!

Chain & Predseda

P.S. this is my 666 post ... search for hidden features on Puttymoon!

Hehe, very nice style on the site there.

Constructive criticism starts here...

I hate webpages with scroll bars in the middle! Massive pain in the arse.

The menu bar is baaaaaaaaaaad. You're right about the mouse pointer not changing in IE, but why not include a mouseover or something so we don't have to second guess what page we're going to link to?

It'd be nice to have some kind of indication to the user which page you are on in the 'tree', something like...

Main Page > Bad Guys

so you can see where you are, and easily click "Main Page" again to go up a 'level'.

Thank you for the suggestions, I will try to improve it. I agree that the system of the menu bar is not lucky, I will do something with it.

Yeah that's better

I've also noticed, when you click on a gamemap, it brings up the picture in the main frame but the background is white... any way of making this navy blue like the rest of the site?

I gotta try ,o) I will probably re-write the whole Maps Summary page, because it is the only part of the Puttymoon, that is not hand-written, is made in Front Page and so very non-standard.

Nice site... maybe you should start a thread about it in the Websites section of the forum so more people will notice it?

Now that's a good suggestion

Exactly what I was thinking when reading today's new additions to the old thread: Putty - unknown map at HOL

Great website!! I haven't had a chance to play Putty yet, but having loked at this, it might just have given me the boot up the arse to do so.

Good work fella!

By the way, how many other websites are there dedicated to one Amiga game? Hmmm....maybe I should start a thread for that.....what'd you think?

No, it is the putty, who arrived from Putty Moon after it has been liberated and he deicided to destroy all the clues that could lead to discover the moon coordinates in the Galaxy

Don't hesitate to sign our guestbook!
