Instruction set test suite?

Does anyone know of an instruction set test suite for 680x0 processors? Just the raw code, not even Amiga specfic would be fine.

Thanks!

I thought I had one back when I wrote FUSION-PC, but I can't find anything in my archives so maybe I didn't. I am working on a 68K emulator for a MIPS core (in assembly of course) and need something to test the instruction emulation.
