M and N done. Please put me down for 'R'.
I will only list demos with issues: Materialized - works fine but if joypad was mapped to mouse buttons you can skip sections. Maximum Velocity - hangs just after 'Mushroom Cloud' pic near beginning. Mesmerised - an intro logo and pic is missing but most works fine Metal Melissa - crashes after pic at the beginning. Negative FX - crashes after bouncing ball txt 1min 40sec in. Nonteraquous - keeps looping at end text multiscroller. It might be OK, but I could not find YouTube etc video to check. Nop - does not load. Not Again - loops then finally crashes on zooming screen, 30sec in. Cheers. |

R done. Only demos with issues are mentioned. Put me down for 'S'.
Rampage - says AGA disabled. It crashed on me 2x at 2 different places. CD32 Debug screen. ReRun - is it a short demo? No YouTube of it. Seems to get to greetings quite quickly then if controller is put in port 2 and RED pressed it resets. Red Empathy - again no YouTube, but there seems to be some glitches although it does run through. I think glitches only appear once on 2nd disk. Reflex - stops after 'Presents' screen near beginning. Rink a Dink - stops at 'contact' screen about 2mins in. Disc access light is flashing. Rink a Dink Redux - slight gfx glitch on Plasma bit near beginning, but everything else is good, so I would personally keep it in. Cheers |

Akira, if you can do P please that would be great, Higgy is doing S, i'm retesting 20 odd from the last batch, and will do the last failures from P and S, then do a final test burn, all things going well, i hope with your help to get 0.2 public release released 1st May.

OK, done going though the letter P!
As a general advice for the compilation, I'd suggest instructing the user to have the controller plugged in on port 2 instead of 1, so most of the demos that require fire button to proceed would respond easily. Also, can shoulder button or left-right page skipping on the menu be possible? it'd make navigation a lot better. Anyway, here goes my report of what doesn't work or present issues. everything not mentioned seems to work fine as far as I tested. Plastic Passion - some flashing, it's mostly OK. Poro Trip - Doesn't work. Project Beat - Doesn't work Everything else seems to be working fine! Anything else that needs testing? [edit] I just thought that if there's a way to run a random demo upon pressing a certain button on boot, that would be absolutely fantastic. This disc really rocks! |

Right, 'S' is done!
Only demos with issues are mentioned: Seeing is believing - very end credits don't scroll properly. Sequential - crashed twice at 2 different points. Software - crash's about 10mins in. I checked this twice. State of the art - Has gfx errors at around 3mins 30sec. I tried again and got CD32 debug screen around the same time. Static Chaos - demo runs fine, but you can't select chiptunes at very end of demo. Need mouse control I think. Status Quo - Need controller in Port 2 to exit scroller early on. If you exit 2nd scrolled at 12mins in you get a 'you need memory expansion' message and simple end credits. On YouTube after 20mins it goes onto another section, but I waited and the 2nd scroller just loops. Substance - need controller in Port 2 to get past scroller 9mins in. Cheers |
