Flashback - Cheatcodes...

Hey guys,

Just took a quick look at the Flashback Cheatcodes section in HOL http://hol.abime.net/568/cheatcode

Here's some observations:

... The first set of level codes are for the French version...
... The second set of level codes should be for the English + German versions (thanks to my testing of the Easy level and Belgarath for supplying the Normal / Hard level codes)

You may be right but remember the most common version of Flashback spread around was the French version that was translated into English by a hacker, so the French level codes would work for the "English" version, leaving the last set for the German one. But I will change it and make a note.

But first, does that walking through a door cheat work or not?

...but should you not specify this with something like French version codes, English / German codes and a note saying that the most common spread version is really "a French translated version" hence the French codes will work?

yeah that walking through door cheat works.

it even works on the coverdisk demoes.

This would be true if HOL kept information regarding cracked games but it doesn't.

It aims to be accurate so only the proper original codes should be online. I see you are making a note anyway so my post is perhaps void. Just pointing out how I perceive HOL!
