My colors are messed up in OS 3.9

Is there anyway to reset the palette to default.

After playing with icon.library the colors on my background picture looks funny.

SYS:Prefs/Palette

Then head to menu Edit --> Reset to Default
and then hit save

Thanks mfilos.

There was other things not working. The dithering and best color of background image but I did a restore of my backup and all is fine again.
