Shadow of the beast NTSC version guru mediation error message message

The game seems to work but freezes, floppy disk makes an almost loud sound, not squeaks or anything weird and then I get a guru mediation message below. I'm playing on real hardware, just a regular a500, and using the originals.

Using kickstart 1.3. Even gave the game a clean... what can be done so i can play the game using the original second disk? How do I fix this?

Here is some explanation but still not sure of anything mentioned:

hi, where does the crash in guru happens?

i have played a bit some cracked releases at 60Hz, and apart the increased imo difficulty to hit the enemies, it seemed to work

---
internal question
i see some ntsc flux images on ftp, there was an official ntsc version of the game?
could an ipf or extended adf be made from those?

In the first tree...I actually figured it out unless the issue repeats itself, so far it's been resolved, unless it shows up again and can't be resolved. When I press the fire buton while it's loading this error appears. When I don't touch anything there is no issue.
