Diagnosing Amiga 3000T display issue

Hello,
I am getting a jittery/shaky display through the flicker fixed vga output of my 3000 tower but only for the first couple of minutes. I can watch the display improve and within 5 minuets it is a perfect display and will stay perfect regardless of rebooting until I leave the computer off for an hour or so to get cold.
It definitely seems like something is warming up and then everything works great.
What is the likely culprit? Is it something that can be tested/swapped out?
Thanks!

You can try to reseat Amber, clean the socket. I think this issue is common on the 3000's. Most scan doublers seem to do that.
