Humm ..... no idea how to install .hdf on real machine

I only use emulation (WinUAE) since 2002

Surely other members will reply to you

HDF is a hard disk image. So mount HDF in winUAE then extract the required files / copy the whole disk on a real disk/CF card that boots to use on real amiga.

Might be handy to just have as .lha or something that can be extracted under Amiga?

"AGS_1.01.lha" is now in The Zone!
