Scan and then delete a game

Have a few favorite games in downloadfolder, 50 total.
In settings I use "Game Database" -> "Only Game you Have"
I have scanned, and all shows up, perfectly, and a nice icon that looks like joystick before.

I shut down fs-uae and manually delete one game, in explorer.
I dont want it anymore.
Start it up again, and it shows up, like I have it.
Clicking on it just the window, "You don't have all the file" - dooh I know that
Clicking on *scan Files and configurations" (Where downloadfolder is added")

And still shows up.

Edit - I use portable version, and the launcher

(1) Is there a easy/quicker way to delete a game from (my) database/downloadfolder, so it not shows up.

/newbie
