Numeric guide for brightness, contrast and gamma values (WinUAE)
Just like the "FPS adj" right above. The slider has like 100 different positions controlling the 0-1000 range of intensity, which's very imprecise unless you move it slowly and keep count of how many times you tapped the arrow keys
Thanks in advance. |

Perhaps it would also be possible to combine numeric input with display (in a similar way to selecting resampling or resolution setrtings in a bitmap editor)?

Why? You are supposed to adjust it until picture looks good, not until numeric value looks good.

It would help to reduce the subjectiveness and improve the repeatability of setting these values.

I like trying different values and compare, and it would also help me accurately calibrate the gamma to 2.35 (no point in asking why, long story ) by doing simple math, but I need to have access to the numbers in real time.
