Exactly how similar must the names be for "More Files" to find something?

Beginning to first "special character" must match. (parenthesis, dot etc..)

winuae.zip again updated. Now disk changes work correctly and "copy from dfx:" options added to pop up menu.

Thanks. The reason I asked this is because I wanted to know if making the "More Files" function available even before one perfect match would make sense. Now it's possible to have this function by simply adding an image, but here's the point anyways:

E.g. I have "Alf Demo (19xx)(Amigo - Luthe).adf" and "Alf-Demo.adf" in the same folder. If I load any of them, the other, of course, won't be automatically added to the list. So basically I thought of using "More Files" as a sort of internal search engine that would find disks with names matching the word "alf"

Toni, just something general, for a change:

Is the good ol' Disk Swapper in "danger" to become history sooner or later?

Admittedly, I did not have the time to read it all through, but it sounds as if this improvement is a sort of "version 2.0" of the now well-established DS.

Normally it would find both but there is length limit, it stops dropping parts if name would become too short (to prevent stupid results if name for example starts with "The")

This kind of heuristics can never be perfect.

Probably not, at least not soon, disk swapper's main point is that it can be preconfigured (config file)

For the previous/next disk default shortcuts, I suggest something like:

RMB + MouseWheel up/down

Don't think it's been used elsewhere, nor that it would be a problem in Amiga software/games.

You press RMB, RMB event is sent to emulated Amiga, after 0.5s delay or so you click wheel, ah, it was RMB+wheel event, not basic RMB press, better use the time machine to remove the bogus RMB event. Problem fixed!

Well, what I mean is that it won't be a problem if RMB event is sent to the Amiga... Worst case: you open up a menu if you were using WB...

My previous answers really mean: "I have never added and never will any default keymappings that can cause bogus Amiga side events."
