can only find an old guide: http://acdldp.emuunlim.com/bootablecdr.shtml
the created CD must contain CD32.TM or CDTV.TM, which is part of the CD32/CDTV developer kits.
never done this, so i cannot help much further.

here is another posting about creating such image: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=58228

Edit: ISOCD tool from the developer kit gives good result. select the CDTV.TM file under "options".
one more thing from posting above. they talk about RMTM. this tool must be first entry in startup-sequence. doing so, the cdtv image will boot.
little tool can also be found in the developer kit - tested in winuae only.

Edit:

isocd.zip and rmtm.zip archives, all you need + workbench disk.
cdtv.tm is working more stable , even on cd32 i was reading somewhere.

Send a message via MSN to FOL
RMTM file and startup-sequence entry is important.
Or the tm screen will be stuck on screen.
