I've had to take the site down at the moment, I got an email from APC & TCP giving me 48 hours to explain how many of their games I had on my site and why.

I don't want ANY legal trouble at all so pulled it instantly. I checked all the games I was hosting against their (ACP & TCP) entries in HOL and found that I was in fact hosting none of their games so I emailed back (still keeping the site down). I was told that I was hosting marblelous which was one of their games.

Considering the Marblelous install hasn't been updated since 2001 I find it weird that they thought it was on my update site but I've kept the site down anyway. Who knows what I'll do with it now.

For now it looks as though FTP and eDonkey will have to suffice!

I'm at work at the moment but will sort something out in the next few days.
