Devpac
Is the best all round assembler, but avoid the rather stupid Master Devpac, as its been 'improved' to not assemble large files properly!
 Phxass is one of the better modern ones (I use it for all WHDLoad stuff), but in the main for other coding ventures, I always use Devpac. Other Europeans swear by Seka, but its each to their own, |

The only one I can think of that you may have missed is:
Best for somebody who wants to do some simple coding on the Amiga that's about as "retro" as you can possibly get: ABasic I'm toying with the idea of trying to do something with that myself, for no good reason whatsoever. |
