@john4p and lifeschool

Glad you liked my work!

To be sincere I looked for a similar cheat-sheet before starting the round but I couldn't find anything so I decided to do it myself!

I also made a 4 page list, and have now rolled both lists together.

I think there are some very similar questions designed to catch the player out, with only one word difference, so I'm not sure we caught all the variations. But its a complete enough list for me, and have sent it off to the Lemon website super mod to add to the database.

I made sure your name came first in the credits, as I only added and changed a few things, and you typed all this up!

Thank you very much, mate, I can't wait to see it on the Lemon website!

Beat the 9th track at the beginning this time (after track 5), then 1-2-3-4-6. Went game over due to too much sand on track 8.

We're coming into the final week of this round.

Just two EAB players so far.

Where's everyone gone?

Thanks liviux! Bought most stuff in class 3 to make sure I'll complete the game. So a lot of room for (cash) improvement.

Yes, I think that there's room for an improvement... I played another few times without completing the game, though, because the last races are really hard if oil and sand are in the "wrong places"... hopefully I'll find some time to try to improve my score by the end of the week... I saw that we are at least 3 competing for the gold, that's cool!

I can recommend to do tracks 7-9 first, even in class 3. They seem to be slightly easier if you play them first.

Yes good round, looking forward to the scores of the final week.

capehorn - Same here. We both have the same skill for this game - and there is a difficulty spike which is hard to get beyond for anyone, and I tried lots of times.

I put you correct score on the board, so if you can fix your post score that would be great. We are only counting completed races - so you completed 11 races and failed race 12, giving 11 million points.

I was going to wait for these to be posted officially on Lemon, but Predseda seems to be away at the moment, so here are the shop responses again in case anyone missed them.

POSITIVE (the price decreases)

Are you a scruffy piece of string?
Are you taking me for a sucker?
Are you trying to rip me off!
Can't we compromise?
Can I think about it?
Come on, we are both businessmen!
Does it come with a guarantee?
Does it have a petrol tank?
Does it run on nuclear power?
Does the car use unleaded?
Does the Imredefluidulator work?
Don’t be daft, frogface.
Don’t push me….
Go ahead, punk, make my day.
Have you seen the time?
Has the car got rust?
Hey, I am paying cash, you know.
Hmmm. I did want some extras, also.
How about a round of golf?
How’s the sub-frame?

Is it fitted with a CAT?
Is that a wig you’re wearing?
Is the car insured?
Is there a doctor in the fish?
Make me a better deal than that!
Not for a rustbucket like that.
That's a disgusting suit….
That's excessive!

Ullo John, got a new motor????
What are you trying to take me for?
What colour socks are you wearing?
What is the air speed of a swallow?
Won't you take less?
You know, you ain’t half mean!
You've got moths in your wallet!

NEGATIVE (the price increases)

Are you making enough money?
Are your cars ozone-friendly?
Can I raise a loan?
Do you mind if I smoke?
Does it come with furry dice?
Help.
Hey man, I dig the shades...
How about ₤50?
I can’t shell out that much.
I could really go a pizza….
I don't suppose you'd give me the car.
I know karate!
I used to be a werewolf….
I've got loadsamoney….
I’ll give you ₤100.
I’m a politician….
I’m a trainspotter….
I’m absolutely rolling in dough!
Is a radio fitted as standard?
My other car’s a Porsche.
Please, increase the price.
That's a good sun-tan!
That’s a good deal!
That’s unfair!
What do I say to reduce the price?
What would you say to ₤5?
What?
Whinge whinge whinge….
Will you take a little less?
Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!

That's a really useful list. I'll just point out that I once got a particuarly bad set of responses so I went for this one and he dropped the price. Although I did it again later and he kicked me out, so I think it belongs in the random section

Edit: In fact I just managed to get a screenshot of his response...

I did improve my score... I don't know if I'll try again... it depends on john4p and linesmachine I think...

It's a tough game, my score is certainly beatable because I spent money for things I didn't need but, when you are at the hard level, it is risky to not buy some extras and to not repair the car...

Capehorn - there is still time to update the list, as its still in my out box. I presume you are talking about the TSA line rather than **** *** etc, as this is also a response?

Yes, for a second I thought the *** *** ***** **** *** *** was a divider in the list, just realised it isn't!

Had today off work so gave this a whirl. Anything beyond Class 1 I'm not quite getting to grips with at the moment. However I do prefer this game to the sequel.
