E-UAE on Mac......."helps pls"
Hi Guys any help is greatly appreciated believe me.
I D/Loaded "Amiga Forever 2010 Plus" Edition in the hope of Playing some classic Titles.....problem is i can get to the workbench screen fine but when it comes to actually playing the games...i cant even find them let alone play them. I know this is terribly "nOObish" for you guys but im really struggling with the whole thing. Im using a Mac Mini with a 1.83Ghz Intel Core Duo 2 and the E-UAE is 0.8.29-WIP4 and Hi-Toro 0.5.2. Thanks & Sorry |

The games that come with AF are packaged as RP9 afaik, which is a renamed zip that contains a bunch of ADFs.
If you happen to browse http://www.lemonamiga.com/, never ever look at "Possible DL Sites" as it kills jobs and prevents the development of future Amiga games. |

Thanks for the sites i will deff try them out.
Sorry about my First Post i should have explained better anyway here goes: I have Amiga Forever-I can get to the workbench screen no problems-In the Amiga Forever Download im pretty sure E-UAE & Hi-Toro are linked. In Hi-Toro when i insert an ADF game eg:Cannon Fodder and press OK it takes me to the Amiga Forever Workbench and Nothing Happens....... i guess im doing something wrong when configuring Hi-Toro.....ive tried all the guides but its still the same Sorry Guys |

Dunno Hi-Toro, but they write that it simply generates configs. Maybe you have .uaerc in your home directory and both conflict. I'd say post your config and your uaerc and we'll see.

Hi-Toro will not allow you to alter the E-UAE settings 'on the fly' like WinUAE does you need to load hi-toro *only* set up you config, (then maybe save it) and then press 'ok' to load e-uae with those settings. You can then effectively close hi-toro completely. If you need to insert ADFs, do it from the drop-downs at the top of the screen on E-UAE itself. |
