Musicdisk 5 by Mahoney+Kaktus

I recently came over a strange disk... the disk starts with s/leksak and a NoiseTracker screen comes up with a GNU logo and stating Musicdisk 5, only thing I can do is load samples, but no music to be loaded. Seems like the tracker works as any other tracker too. Never saw this version.

The adf was called GnomieByNight.adf and the diskname was SNILE. Anybody know what this is?

If I go to sample editor and press INIT, a swedish text appears saying "DETTA VAR EN JATTEFIN WAVEFORM", i.e. "THIS WAS A VERY NICE WAVEFORM" or similar to that.

I can load samples, but everything seems very strange, It says "Musicdisk 5" but there seems to be no music at all. Some kind of developer tool or?

Musicdisk 5 Tracker
This Prog is not a new version of the Noisetracker, and it's totally worthless for anything but our Musicdisk 5. Forget it!"

Says it all, really. It's just the tracker Mahoney and Kaktus used to create the tunes for their Musicdisk 5. They made their own custom tracker for their "His Master's Noise" music disk as well.

Perhaps you have incomplete version of this demo, it contains songs too. Player and music from this demo is available on the Wanted Team page in NoiseTracker section.

Like you wish, can be called musicdisk more exactly. For some musicdisks you must choose music via mouse.

This is also not a musicdisk! This is just a tracker Kaktus and Mahoney coded to create the songs for their musicdisk.

Ask Mahoney for his Amiga demo softography. This is called as MusicDisk 5, if I remember right info from ~2002 year. Next (last?) Mahoney and Kaktus musicdisk 6 is "His Masters Noise". Anyway correct name is not important for me.

As StingRay has already said, its a tracker. NOT a musicdisk. And its from 1991, I don't know where you pulled 2002 from.
