Amiga live music programs?

Hey all!

I've used M-line to do some weird synth-y live stuff before, adjusting the A D S R and tremolo etc semi-live.

Is there any other software out there meant for performing live that makes interesting and weird sounds? Possibly handling samples as well? (Not that mod dj software that just came out) I know I could set up a tracker to do this in a way, but I'd really like to know if anyone knows of any PD or commercial software out there could do some of this stuff...

Cheers

For really weird sounds...you can press play on a tracker, any tracker and then use an assembly language script to turn on Paula’s internal amplitude modulation, basically ring modulation.

Of course Aegis Sonix is great with a Midi Keyboard, the phase shifter sounds really naive but beautiful.

There’s an amazing synth inside of Somic Arranger. You can specify a single cycle waveform, then mess it up in about 16 different ways, various bitcrushing, wavefolding, rectifying stuff. It also does beautiful polyphonic portamento/glissando. Sadly you need to play this one from the Amiga’s Keys as MIDI doesn’t seem to be supported.

There’s also those bats*** crazy apps that one guy did, can’t remember the name right now, and of course TREG gets pretty insane, both for live effects.
