Canon PCMCIA and 4Gb CF as a HDD on Amiga 600

Hi everyone,

I bought from ebay a Canon PCMCIA adapter with a 4Gb CF SANDISK
It came with a "PCMCIA workbench boot / HD install" floppy.

It lets me boot my A600 to workbench 2 with a SAN Icon representing the 4Gb CF Sandisk (it has several partitions with WHDL apps/games on it).

How do I get these WHDL games to work without the hassle of opening the A600 to install a HD?

At the moment when I click on a WHDL game icon and it says something like "cant find SYS:whdl" etc I've bought WHDL and have my own whdl key.

There's a HD install program on the FD, but the CF doesn't come up as a HD

Thanks

Copy WHDLoad to the CF, then cd to the dir, then do "WHDLoad location of your slave file". If you have enough space on Floppy, simply put the WHDLoad.exe in the C: dir. Then it will see it when you double click the game icons.
