I turn it around. The only games that I know that were better on the pc were Wing Commander, Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat 2. Every other game had either sound/music issues, scrolling issues, input issues (horrible keyboard layouts that you couldn't change for example), memory issues (XMS/EMS madness, for example I can remember a certain Turrican 2 game that required me to switch off either XMS or EMS before it could run...) or speed issues.
Other games like Rise of the Robots just sucked donkey balls on all systems |

@gimbal
Try Super Street Fighter II Turbo, it's muuuuch better on the PC. Probably the most Lucas Arts & Sierra games too. |

The EGA Sierra games are far better on the Amiga. The VGA ones they converted are very slow though.

It came from the desert looks definetly better then the PC version.
Some months ago, on the german MTV, a game show talked about and showed once It came from the desert on TV (!!).... but I was disapointed when I saw that it was the PC version... But still cool the game got to TV (once again?). |
