Tetrys - need help from someone that reads french

Can someone look at the scan below and tell me if there is anything I should change in the HOL record.

http://hol.abime.net/5678

Is this game PD? The version that I have is cracked by hoodlum and it makes special reference to protection being removed - so I've marked it as commercial for the time being. But, it is in the PD tosec DAT and my french is, well, non-existent.

It does mention DP (Domaine Public) several times so I think it's PD.

What about the supposed on disk protection, or were hoodlum dodgy and pretending to crack something that wasn't protected?

EDIT: Changed to PD/Freeware after I found it in a PD section. Dunno about Hoodlum's protection removal claim...

Tetrys 95 is a shareware game done by the group "Crayon X" (François Lavialle and Denis Turco). It's an AGA game and it's in one or two discs.

So it's not PD/Freeware.

Thank you, I've changed this
If the game was in a "PD" collection, it may also be shareware!
Also on the PC, I've seen this very often (PC DOS gamers: Doom I, anyone? This was on lots of legal (!!) "free games" compilations. And the shareware WAD file could be freely distributed without legal risks. Sort of PD, I guess.)

Shareware which is NOT registered MAY be considered public domain within a certain period of time.

would not do any harm I guess ...

yet thanks to Daff we now have some well-grounded information about the license type, so contacting them is not absolutely necessary.
