Which Version? A4000T with Mediator

I am thinking the 3.9 version but not sure. I have a HD that I can rename to DHO: and have my main boot partition working with USB and have a 8GB CF card I was thinking of using to move the 3.9 system from UAE after setup and use DOPUS to copy back to my backup drive after I rename it.

If I do this and reinstall my mediator files, Roadshow ICP/IP will everything work as it does now on my very plain 3.9 install?

Hardware is as follows:
Real A4000T OS3.9 with BB1&2 using ROM update YES
CSPPC
Mediator 3/4000T
8139 10/100 Ethernet
FM801 Soundcard
Voodoo 5, 5500 Video
Spider USB 2.0

Ultra-Wide SCSI HD on the CSPPC with 4 partitions. 2 bootable 2GB and 2 non bootable 7 or 8GB "Work" partitions.

A4000T SCSI has my CD-ROM on it.
